Getting back to vectoring

Back in the day I used to crank out endless anime girls vector traces. Honestly, they're the best subject to draw. I even made a sport of it – haunting the weekly /w/ vector request threads on 4chan, grabbing someone's grainy, 200-pixel mess and painstakingly tracing it into crisp, infinite-scalability glory.
But then life happened. Years blurred by under insane work hours, chasing paychecks and cosplaying as a "responsible adult" – with no space left for silly anime catgirls. Lately I realized that's no way to live. So, for better or worse, I decided to pick anime back up. Finish Hyper Police, slowly dip back into the whole subculture, and hell, even dust off Illustrator. After an eight-year pause, I finished my first new vector:
One down. A lifetime backlog of anime girls and stalled series still waiting!
